Together, we’ll: - Uncover the root causes of communication breakdowns and relationship triggers - Understand each person’s attachment style and how it shapes behavior in the relationship - Identify hidden dynamics and habits sabotaging your intimacy - Heal past wounds and transform old patterns, creating a foundation of trust, respect, and safety - Equip you with tools to strengthen your bond, set healthy boundaries, and meet each other’s needs Through our sessions, you’ll both develop a clearer understanding of each other, build a toolbox full of strategies to strengthen your bond, and create a fulfilling, authentic relationship.
Cancellation Policy
At Heart & Mind Coaching, I value both your time and mine. To ensure fairness and availability for all clients, the following cancellation policy is in place: - You may cancel or reschedule your appointment free of charge as long as you notify me at least 24 hours in advance. - If you cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled session, you will be charged 50% of the session fee, unless you reschedule for a session within the same week. - If you cancel within 1 hour of your appointment or fail to show up, you will be charged the full session price. I understand that emergencies happen, and I allow one-time exceptions for unforeseen circumstances on a case-by-case basis. By booking a session, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
