On paper, I had a great life: degrees in psychology and digital marketing, a happy relationship and fur-baby, and a respectable job in Communications.
But every day, I would come home from my desk job feeling a bone-deep exhaustion that had nothing to do with the hours I worked. My joy felt trapped in a brand that wasn't mine, a voice that wasn't my own. I was living proof that living out of alignment led to burnout — even in your early 20s.

So, I went from a "corporate girly" to a student of my own inner world. Now, I blend my professional background in digital marketing with my passion for psychology and Human Design to help heart-led coaches and soulpreneurs build a business that energizes their soul instead of drains it.
