Cancellation Policy

At Heart & Mind Coaching, I value both your time and mine. To ensure fairness and availability for all clients, the following cancellation policy is in place: - You may cancel or reschedule your appointment free of charge with 24-hour notice. - If you cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled session, you will be charged 50% of the session fee, unless rescheduled within the same week. - If you cancel within 1 hour of your appointment or fail to show up, you will be charged the full session price. I understand that emergencies happen, and I allow one-time exceptions for unforeseen circumstances on a case-by-case basis. By booking a session, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
